We had around 1,100 responses to our latest buyer and seller survey.
It suggests that commitment to move home remains in positive territory, despite some general uncertainty surrounding the property market. Buyers’ budgets have also remained relatively resilient in the wake of domestic political change and higher mortgage costs.
A lack of quality stock also featured highly as a hesitation regarding the current market, as despite a high number of available properties, fewer new instructions are beginning to impact on choice.
