• Asking rents increased 2.8% year over year to $31.41 per square foot (psf). Class A rents climbed 5.0% to $34.60 psf, underscoring strong demand for quality space.
• Leasing activity totaled just under 1.6 million square feet (msf) in Q2 2026, with Class A properties accounting for 0.9 msf, or 60.0% of total leasing activity.
• Overall availability ended Q2 2026 at 24.9%, down 140 basis points from 26.3% a year ago. Availability is expected to decline further this year amid limited construction.
