Florence began her career in 1999 in property valuation at a large French firm. After working successively as a senior valuer and then team manager, she spent a few months in London to improve her English and learn about Anglo-Saxon methods. On her return, she set up the international department and became a member of the management committee. She developed her relationships with foreign banks and investors. She joined Savills in 2011 as MRICS - CIS Hypzert (MLV) Director. Florence is mainly involved in the valuation of mortgage risks in the context of bank loans and the multi-annual valuation of portfolios.
