He joined Savills France in 2020 as Co-head of the RCM department, before taking over as head of the department. Mathieu works with his teams on various types of alternative (senior, student, co-living, tourism, healthcare) and residential assets. Thanks to his experience in these sectors, he supports owners/investors in the development or conversion of their assets.
