Savills voted The Times top property graduate employer for 20 years in a row

Savills has been named The Times Graduate Employer of Choice for Property for the 20th time, and has also risen 32 places to its highest ever ranking of 58th in the overall Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list.

Rankings are awarded on the basis of direct feedback from approximately 15,000 final year students at the UK’s leading universities. Savills has held the position as the top-ranked employer in the property industry since the category’s inception in 2007.

James Sparrow, CEO of Savills UK and EMEA comments: “To now be able to say we’ve been The Times top employer for graduates in the property sector for two decades is a huge  achievement. It’s also testament to the fact that we don’t rest on our laurels: Savills future talent team continually innovates our best in class programme to ensure it meets the needs of top graduates so we consistently attract the very best people to the business. I would like to thank them for their stellar commitment to our continued success.”

Naomi Chandler, head of the future talent team at Savills, adds: “We’ve never taken our position as the number one property graduate employer for granted, and that’s what drives us to continue to improve every year, which has helped us to not only retain our title but to also jump significantly up the Times Top 100 Graduate Employers list. This accolade endorses the entire team’s hard work nurturing our talent to ensure that our graduates get the very best start to their careers, and it’s great to see this recognised among the student body.”
