Marcus joins Savills from CBRE, where he spent more than 12 years and most recently held the position of Senior Director. A Chartered Surveyor with over 15 years’ experience, he specialises in the oversight and transformation of complex property management mandates across institutional portfolios and mixed-use estates.

Throughout his career, Marcus has advised a range of major institutional investors and high-profile clients, including M&G Real Estate and Shaftesbury Capital, across large, complex portfolios. He has extensive experience designing operating models, embedding governance frameworks and leading high performing teams to drive consistency, service quality and commercial performance.

His appointment is a strategic addition to Savills existing team and forms part of the firm’s wider investment in property management expertise to support continued growth across the retail and business space sectors.
