Savills announces management changes in France

International real estate advisor Savills has today, 8 March 2109, announced the appointment of Boris Cappelle as Head of Savills France. Boris replaces Will Woodhead, who will remain available to provide support to the Savills group, as an advisor to the Savills European management team as it grows Savills European platform further.

Boris Cappelle, who is also head of investment in France, joined Savills in 2008. He has acted as deputy CEO of France since 2017. 
James Sparrow, CEO of Savills EMEA, says: “France is a significant market for Savills in Europe. Boris has an excellent reputation and successful track record in the investment markets and, with an extensive knowledge of the business is well positioned to lead the business through the next stages of its growth.

Savills France has offices in Paris 135 staff. The business offers clients advice in Investment, Property Management, Valuation, Research, Office Agency, Retail, Residential Capital Markets and Project Management & Technical Due Diligence.
